TBITS provides support for small businesses who do not have a dedicated IT department. We provide three tiers of support, depending on the amount of support you require. Please read our options are pick which suits your business the most.

Monthly Support Packages

TBITS Bronze Support

TBITS Silver Support Includes:

  • Remote IT Support (subject to availability), max. 15 per month

  • ​On-site visit (subject to availability) max. 1 per month

TBITS Gold Support Includes:

  • Remote IT Support (subject to availability max. 25 per month

  • On-site visit (subject to availability) max. 3 per month

  • Quarterly on-site IT strategy meeting (remote)

Golden Steel Plate

TBITS Gold Support

TBITS Platinum Support Includes:

  • ​Remote IT Support (subject to availability) max. 45 per month

  • On-site visit (subject to availability) max. 5 per month

  • Quarterly on-site IT strategy meeting (on-site)

  • Bi-annually on-site IT refresh
